ROBERTO P. DURAN PREMIUM CIGARS EXPANDS ITS SALES FORCE WITH THE ADDITION OF REGIONAL MANAGERS CAROLEE MARTIN AND STROM FARBARIK

(Miami, Florida) March 4, 2015— Roberto P. Duran Premium Cigars proudly announces the expansion of its sales force to include industry veteran Strom Farbarik and Carolee Martin. Roberto Pelayo Duran has aggressively bolstered his sales team as this news comes only months after the additions of National Sales Manager Miguel Schoedel, Jack Torano, and Frank Cuden.

Carolee Martin brings along a stellar background as she served as the Department of Defense GS 15 Senior Advisor for Special Operations in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In Afghanistan Carolee’s passion for cigars led her to become the first female President, of the Tali-banned Cigar Aficionado Club, Camp Gibson Chapter. Carolee was recognized for her contributions, as she was the first inductee into the Xicar Hall of Fame. Carolee’s new role will be as the Southwest Regional Manager.

Strom Farbarik discovered his passion for cigars in the early 90’s. As a manager for Mike Ditka’s Restaurant, Strom was heavily recruited by CAO. He quickly became a top representative, which led him to being awarded the “Salesman of the Year” award at CAO in 2010. Strom will oversee sales in NJ, DC, VA, WV, MD, DE, NC, and SC.

Strom Farbarik said: “I am excited to be part of the Roberto P Duran Premium Cigar team. As passionate as I am about cigars, it is only fitting that I work within a boutique company, which handles its cigars from seed to finished product. Roberto’s knowledge of tobacco and cigar making is impressive, and I look forward to expanding the brand to new consumers.”

Roberto Pelayo Duran said: “As a boutique cigar company, it is important that our team members feel as passionate about premium cigars as I do. Strom and Carolee fit perfectly, in [our] already solid team. I look forward to working alongside them, to further expand Roberto P. Duran Premium Cigars.”

Roberto P. Duran began his life’s work in his homeland of Havana, Cuba where tobacco grabbed a hold of him, and never let go. Supervising the production of cigar manufacturing in Cuba was only the beginning as he later went on to assemble and manage distribution of all Cuban cigar brands for Asia at The Pacific Cigar Company Ltd. The creation of Roberto P. Duran Premium Cigars has given Roberto the platform to introduce a brand of cigars that offer the same quality, construction, and detail which he exceeded from those he supervised while in Cuba. Roberto P. Duran’s brands include Azan Cigars, Roberto P. Duran Premium Cigar, Neya, and Baracoa.

Amazing Camacho Facebook Post

I was truly humbled to see this  Camacho Cigars  Facebook post yesterday. Thank you!

Eight O'Clock Coffee The Original

This sample of Eight O'Clock Coffee , "The Original", came right off the supermarket shelf the other day. It's a medium roast blend that included a large volume of broken and partial beans. Actually, I was surprised by the volume of broken beans as I poured each sample into the grinder. When the bag was opened, to the nose there were rich aromas of toast and coffee, while the pour-over aromas were a mix of cocoa and warm bread. I brewed and sampled four cups of The Original to be sure of my tasting notes. On the Eight O'Clock web site they list this coffee as "sweet, fruity and well balanced." Like most other coffee reviews that's not exactly what I found. In my samples there were semi-sweet flavors of toast, nuts and earth, with a hint of cocoa as the coffee cooled. I found the coffee clean and well balanced with a medium bodied, slightly dry mouth feel. Overall, The Original, from Eight O'Clock coffee brewed a flavorful rewarding cup

Tryst No. 2 Robusto Brandy E-Cigar

Featuring e-juice made in the USA, these  Tryst  e-cigars are a pretty sweet deal. The No. 2 Robusto Brandy is another great example of a cigarette alternative that give me cigar-like satisfaction indoors or wherever I can't smoke a real cigar. Like the last Tryst reviews, I've been puffing on the No. 2 the past two days while writing. Other than its brandy flavor, this Brandy model is just like the the other No. 2's. The tapered head makes it easy to hold hands-free between your teeth, the wrapper is durable showing no signs of wear, it produces a large volume of vapor and the brandy flavored e-juice tastes fantastic.  You probably know I'm not much of a flavored cigar person, but these American made e-juices from Tryst have fantastic flavor, this brandy is really close to tasting like brandy. I've tried other flavored e-cigarette products in the past and the flavors don't compare at all to the Tryst e-cigar flavors. Add together the great taste, the
